Here’s how:

Measure the width of the profile’s foot (the part that goes into the groove).
Mill the groove in the worktop to the correct width and depth based on the specific profile.
Clear the groove of dust and debris.
Press the edge of the worktop evenly into the groove. If necessary, use a rubber mallet to ensure a tight and even fit.
Check that the entire edge is correctly positioned and flush with the worktop.
