PRIMO’s solid plastic bottom window sills are a long-lasting solution for windows—ideal for both renovations and new construction.

The solid construction makes the glazing strips stable and easy to install. The strips are made of UV- and weather-resistant plastic that does not absorb water, does not rot, and requires no painting or other maintenance.

The bottom glazing bead is equipped with an effective drip edge that directs water away from the window and protects the frame from moisture damage. An attached black glazing tape ensures a tight and durable seal against the glass, and the beads can be used with both single-pane and insulated glass.

The trim does not split during installation, making the job quick and hassle-free.

We also recommend that the bottom glass strips not be painted in dark colors, as this can affect the plastic’s dimensional stability and lifespan.

Here’s how easy it is to install the bottom glass trim:

Measure and cut the bottom glass trim to size using a fine-toothed saw.
Secure with stainless steel nails or screws—no more than 15 cm between each fastener and no more than 5 cm from the ends.
