A PRIMO Trim moulding is a narrow and flexible finishing profile that is installed along the floor—typically as a transition between the baseboard and the flooring, such as carpet, vinyl, or hardwood. It covers the gap where dirt and dust might otherwise accumulate, ensuring an elegant and tight finish.
The trim is made of durable plastic, making it both wear-resistant and resistant to moisture and impact. This means minimal maintenance and a long service life—even in high-traffic areas, rooms with fluctuating temperatures, and wet areas.
The trim moulding is easy to work with, as the material is very flexible and easy to customize. It can be used on its own or in combination with baseboards and is available in several colors and lengths (see “Variants”), so you can easily match it to the room’s decor.

The Trim moulding is easy to install—it won’t split, and the flexible plastic material makes it easy to adjust, even around corners and uneven walls. It can be mounted directly on the wall or along the edge of a skirting and secured with screws or nails.
Here’s how:
1. Measure and cut: Use a fine-toothed saw to adjust the length.
2. Position the trim: Press it tightly against the floor—either directly against the wall or along the baseboard.
3. Secure: Use small nails or screws spaced 30–50 cm apart, depending on the surface.
4. Create neat corners: In corners, we recommend cutting the moldings at a 45-degree angle for a neat and discreet joint.
5. Finishing touches: If the molding doesn’t end at a corner, refer to our guide on end finishes for the best result.
