Installing PRIMO FiberCore glass moldings is simple and requires only a few tools. Thanks to the smart clip system, you’re guaranteed a precise and attractive finish—with no visible nails or screws. Follow the steps below for proper installation:

Here’s how:

Remove the existing molding
Carefully loosen and remove the old bottom glass molding, then thoroughly clean the window rebate of dirt and debris.
Take precise measurements
Measure the rebate width accurately to ensure the new horizontal bottom glass trim fits correctly. Use the tightest rebate measurement.
Position the clips correctly
Place the clips against the glass and secure them in the pre-drilled holes with screws. The screws must be driven at an angle into the rebate
.– Use 5 clips per meter–
The distance from the corners must not exceed 5 cm–
The clips are designed for a 7° angled bottom rebate
Snap the trim into place
. Press the FiberCore bottom glass trim against the clips with light pressure until you hear a click. It is helpful to lightly moisten the glass tape with soapy water to facilitate installation.
