This solid plastic bottom window trim is a durable and maintenance-free solution for windows—suitable for both new construction and renovation projects.

The solid construction makes the trim stable and easy to install. It is made of UV- and weather-resistant plastic that does not absorb moisture, rot, or require painting.

The strips feature an effective drip edge that directs water away from the window and protects the woodwork from moisture damage.

The black glass strip ensures a tight and durable seal against the glass. The trim can be used with both single-pane and insulated glass.

PRIMO’s solid plastic bottom glass strips are easy to cut to size and install—whether you’re working on new construction or a renovation.

The trim can be easily cut to size with a fine-toothed saw and installed using stainless steel nails or screws.

For a strong and durable installation, we recommend securing the trim every 15 cm—and no more than 5 cm from each end. The solid plastic won’t split during installation, making the job both quick and hassle-free—even for those with limited experience.

We do not recommend painting it in dark colors, as this can compromise the plastic’s dimensional stability and lifespan.

How to install the bottom glass trim:

Measure and cut the trim to size with a fine-toothed saw.
Secure it with stainless steel nails or screws—max. 15 cm between each fastener and max. 5 cm from the ends.
Remember to properly align the adjacent glass moldings.
