The L-shaped trim is easy and secure to install using standard nails or screws. The dimensionally stable plastic material makes the job easy and ensures that the trim does not split during installation. The trim pieces are fastened at 30–50 cm intervals, depending on the wall type.

Here’s how easy it is to install the trim:

The extra space accommodates the door latch.
Trim the top trim piece to this measurement and install it horizontally, leaving a 10-mm gap from the top edge of the door frame.
Make a 45° miter cut at the top of both side trim pieces so they fit the corner at the top trim.
Turn the side trim piece upside down, hold it against the frame, and mark along the top edge of the top trim piece.
Trim the side jambs with a straight cut at the bottom.
Secure the trim pieces with nails or screws at regular intervals—approximately every 30–50 cm.

The result is a beautiful and durable finish around the door frame that will retain its shape and finish for many years.
